Perform comprehensive failure analysis on device returns, identify root causes and reasons for return to enhance product reliability. Collaborate with pre market quality, regulatory affairs, research and development and engineering team to support risk assessment by reviewing Failure Mode Effective Analysis (FMEA) risk documents. Conduct thorough analysis of current product designs, implement necessary modifications to meet specified dimensions. Provide support for corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). Utilize Catia V5 for tool designing, ensuring precision and efficiency in the development process. Identify root causes for failures observed in reliability testing, design validation, and product validation. Master's degree in Science, Technology, or Engineering (any) is required.
