Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Nuclear Medicine Technologist Discipline: Allied Health Professional Start Date: ASAP Duration: 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 8 hours Employment Type: Travel Req Number: MVHS Inc.-AN-0879 - Notes: PET Tech 75 MILE RADIUS RULE M-F 8am-4pm No weekends, holiday or call 1+ years experience required PET experience is required BLS and ARRT required NY LICENSE REQUIRED Approx 6 to 8 exams per day GE Discovery scanner F18 FDG, PSMA and Ga-68 exams. EMR Experience Required: EPIC, Change Healthcare PACS. Siemens Definition CTs and TeraRecon for 3D Satisfactory completion of an approved Nuclear Medicine Technology Program NMTCB (Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board) and/or ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) Under the direction of a qualified physician performs a variety of technical procedures that require minimum independent judgement and initiative in the utilization of Nuclear Medicine for the diagnosis of disease.
