As a Director Strategy Advisory, you will be a vital member of the team supporting clients throughout the transaction lifecycle, or through transformation journeys. You would be closely working with client and EPAM teams to ensure client success and make the transformation "˜real'. You will also serve as a key player in the expansion and growth of our M&A and Technology Strategy advisory team and will work closely across the organization with a set of broader integrated offerings across EPAM. Req.# #LI-DNI Responsibilities Help to define EPAM's go-to-market value proposition for solutions and show clients the initiatives and offerings that EPAM has Lead the business development process by assisting with proposals/SOWs Assist with sales and pre-sales activities by assessing opportunities, designing solutions, developing proposals, and establishing strong relationships with clients Build deep client relationships across a diverse network and use a flexible influencing style to gain buy-in and drive impact, thereby generating new and pull-through opportunities Contribute to Practice Development Draw conclusions from market & industry trends, client issues and support go-to-market initiatives for EPAM verticals. The range provided reflects base salary only. Individual compensation offers within the range are based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to: geographic location, experience, credentials, education, training; the demand for the role; and overall business and labor market considerations. Most candidates are hired at a salary within the range disclosed. Salary range: $200K - $300K.
