Corporate Attorney

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Corporate Attorney for our fintech client in their Princeton, NJ office. This is a hybrid role and interested candidate must be a Member in good standing with a state bar. Crypto experience and SEC / CFTC / SRO experience also a plus. The ideal candidate will provide legal advice and support to senior management and all departments within the organization, including the technology department, regulatory department, and business operations department. What You'll Do: Providing legal guidance regarding exchange, SEC, CFTC and FINRA rules Providing legal guidance on crypto and other digital asset trading Providing legal guidance regarding market structure Drafting trading rules and fees and preparing rule filings associated therewith Reviewing new business and technology initiatives for regulatory and compliance impact What You'll Bring: Member in good standing with a state bar 3-7 years relevant legal or compliance experience Crypto experience a plus SEC / CFTC / SRO experience a plus Knowledge of financial markets a plus Law firm experience in contract law, intellectual property, general corporate or securities matters a plus
