As a Regional Sales Manager you'll be responsible for meeting your sales growth goals by overs We're on the lookout for forward-thinking innovators with a passion for sustainability. What you'll do Coordinate with manufacturer representative to promote and maintain successful and profitable business relationships with current and potential customers. Work with the National Sales Manager to establish realistic goals for the market, consistent with overall division goals of growth and profitability. Analyze sales levels and trends through market research and initiates pro-active or corrective actions as required to assure attainment of objectives. Assure that appropriate technical guidance and assistance regarding product applications is available to customer. Work closely with, develops, and coordinates activities with application service departments within Cooper and agency partners to develop world class specification support. Your qualifications Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution. 3+ years of experience with controls in the lighting or similar industries 3+ years of experience selling lighting controls preferred in the lighting or lighting controls industry Experience in training local agents and end users in commercial market segments What You'll Get in Return Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future company sponsorship.
