Job Description We are seeking a dynamic, diligent, and collaborative associate to fill the role of Innovation & Process Coordinator. This position will be responsible for structuring and guiding processes around our research activities in the field of Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning, Software Technology, Electrochemistry and Intelligent Sensors & Systems, particularly for defining and controlling procedural guidelines around innovation cycles, collaborations with academia, and management of intellectual property. Responsibilities: Supporting the development of strategic innovation initiatives with a focus on the US market Translating outcomes of Corporate Research's internationalization strategy into operational setup Strategically exploring national funding opportunities for innovation in the U.S. Managing external partnerships, including IP generation and all other contractual aspects in collaboration with subject matter experts Encouraging and facilitating inventor motivation and recognition Supporting Corporate Research's Project Management Office (PMO) and coordinating processes by disseminating new guidelines Cultivating an innovative and talent-attracting corporate culture Qualifications Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, Organizational Leadership, Computer Science, Physics, Electrical Engineering, or related fields Experience in patents and legal aspects (e.g., external collaboration contracts, tax requirements, export control regulations) Experience in project management Experience with innovation-driven campaigns and strategies Preferred Qualifications: Self-motivated with robust analytical skills and entrepreneurial mindset Demonstrated experience to work independently, in a structured and goal-oriented manner, with excellent communication and team skills Proficient in English and German with exceptional negotiation skills Additional Information BOSCH is a proud supporter of STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering & Mathematics) Initiatives FIRST Robotics (For Inspiration and Recognition of Science and Technology) AWIM (A World In Motion) By choice, we are committed to a diverse workforce - EOE/Protected Veteran/Disabled. Within the range, individual pay is determined based on several factors, including, but not limited to, work experience and job knowledge, complexity of the role, job location, etc. Your Recruiter can share more details about the specific salary range for this position during the interview process.
