Role Overview Are you looking for a CRNA leadership opportunity in the rapidly expanding ASC space? NorthStar Anesthesia is seeking a Regional Director of CRNA Services to oversee our Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) locations in our Mid-Atlantic region. This role offers an exciting blend of clinical leadership, administrative oversight, and strategic growth in one of the most rapidly growing markets within healthcare. The Position This new leadership role will provide an excellent opportunity to support CRNA teams across multiple ASC sites within Virginia, Delaware, Pennsylvania, and surrounding areas. Candidates should be based in VA, DE, or PA, with a willingness to travel across the region approximately 30% of the time. As the Regional Director of CRNA Services, you will be responsible for building, coaching, and leading CRNAs and Chiefs. With approximately 50% clinical and 50% administrative duties, this position allows you to stay hands-on with patient care while taking on critical leadership functions. Key Responsibilities: Provide leadership and mentorship to Chief CRNAs and CRNA teams across multiple ASC locations. Ensure the effective operation of clinical sites through collaboration with centralized schedulers, practice coordinators, and administrative support. Develop a culture of clinical excellence and support, creating an engaging work environment that attracts top CRNA talent. Collaborate with key stakeholders, including operations, physicians, and clients, to address challenges and seize opportunities. Maintain clinical proficiency while overseeing administrative tasks, such as staffing, scheduling, and operational efficiencies. Partner with leadership to implement new initiatives, ensure policy compliance, and support ASC growth. What Success Looks Like: You will foster the growth and development of Chief CRNAs, ensuring they are equipped to manage their teams effectively. You'll play a key role in recruiting and retaining top CRNA talent, ensuring the ASC sites are clinically strong and well-supported. You will ensure that CRNA teams are well-organized and efficient, supporting both patient care and business objectives. You will build strong relationships with physicians, operations leaders, and administrative teams, ensuring seamless communication and coordinated care. You will be a thought leader in expanding NorthStar's presence in the ASC market, helping launch new sites and scale existing ones. What You Bring: You are a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist in good standing with the NBCRNA and your state Board of Nursing. You have demonstrated leadership skills, with previous experience as a Chief CRNA or in an equivalent leadership role. Experience in ASC settings is a plus. You see challenges as opportunities and possess a proactive, solutions-oriented approach to leadership. You understand the business of anesthesia and are comfortable making decisions that balance clinical and operational needs.
