Counselor (CADC) Worcester, MA, USA Req #3051 Wednesday, October 2, 2024 Location: Worcester, MA - Lincoln Street Outpatient Treatment Program Pay Rate: $50,336-$56,659/annually Schedule: Full-time Benefits: Health, dental, vision insurance 401k with company match up to 7% Tuition reimbursement Paid time off Discounts on wide array of services/entertainment Qualifications: CADC required (Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor) Minimum of an Associate degree in clinical psychology, education-counseling, medicine, psychology, psychiatric nursing, rehabilitative counseling, social work, or closely related field and a minimum of one year of supervised counseling experience required The Counselor (CADC): Provides quality clinical services and case management to assigned clients in accordance with Spectrum's clinical design and in compliance with all licensing, accreditation and regulatory bodies.
