Role reports to: Senior Marketing Director Skin Health Location: Kenvue's corporate headquarters is currently located in Skillman NJ, but is scheduled to move to Summit, NJ in or around early 2025 . Travel %: 25% Pay: $137,000 - $235,750 What you will do The Global Influencer Director - Skin Health & Beauty will be responsible for making influencer marketing a competitive edge for our Skin Health & Beauty business globally, esp. aiming at top-5 Influencer Reach (paid earned) for our priority brands - Neutrogena, Aveeno, Dr. Cilabo and OGX - in our priority markets, and achieving competitive skin influencer mindshare. The Director will lead a team of influencer leaders and will drive directly the influencer strategy and deployment for Neutrogena, the largest brand of Kenvue's portfolio and one of the largest skin care mega-brand of the globe. The role will be based in the US and report to Kenvue's Global Head of Skin Health & Beauty and Design. Responsibilities : 1. Lead the Global Influencer Playbook and Content Calendar (incl. R&Rs) with the goal of sharpening Neutrogena's brand edge: Derm. Science, Made Simple, with a Beauty Experience Develop a competitive global annual content calendar, including content toolkits, seedings and tentpole events to fuel our competitive share of advocacy Coordinate the execution of the influencer marketing campaigns by the priority countries to drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales. Be a key member of the Global Brand team and collaborate with cross-functional teams - including Marketing, HCP, R&D, Science Engagement, Commercial and CBI - to build our influencer efforts at the heart of all our brand building activities and overall business objectives. Build strong synergy and partnership with the Global Neutrogena Derm. Lead our R&R playbook and coordinate its global execution to reach top-5 share of R&Rs in our priority countries 2. Lead the build-up of a competitive Global Neutrogena influencer Community , focused on skin influencers and long-term partnership Strategize and implement creative influencer partnerships tools to support the priority countries in building a balanced, proactive and engaged community of influencers, ensuring alignment with brand values and target audiences Support priority countries in identifying and collaborating with top skin influencers, with strongest impact and affinity with the brand edge (Dermatological Beauty) Lead partnership and negotiate contracts/agreements with global high-profile influencers (ex: #DermDoctor) to ensure clear expectations and deliverables are established, and to maximize our global impact and reach. Act as a liaison between the brand and our top influencers, facilitating communication and ensuring a positive experience for all parties involved, especially in tentpole events 3. Lead the Tracking of our Influencer Marketing performance to drive action and competitiveness Monitor and analyze influencer performance metrics in close collaboration with Tracker, providing regular reports and insights to optimize future collaborations, and drive the action of our priority countries. Our target is to achieve top-5 in Reach and VIT Score in our priority markets Keep track of best influencer, user-generated and R&Rs content to leverage it for branded omni-channel activations across multiple platforms, and to fuel our advanced consumer understanding and insight in close collaboration with CBI Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities, in partnership with Tracker and our key agency partners, to identify new opportunities and build a competitive edge. 4. Build and lead a High-Performance team of Influencer Leads who will make Influencer marketing a competitive edge for our Kenvue Skin Health & Beauty Business The Director will lead a team of 5 Influencer experts o Global Influencer Lead - Aveeno o Global Influencer Lead - Dr. Cilabo o Global Influencer Lead - OGX o Science & Education Lead - Derm. Beauty o Science & Education Lead - Dr. Cilabo The Director and their team will be responsible for forming a powerful community of practice across the Skin Health & Beauty organization (Global Brand teams, Countries, Tracker, Agencies, HCP leads, etc..) and accelerate our influencer marketing capabilities The Director will play a key Thought Leadership role to continuously sharpen our influencer model (Process/People/Tools) to leapfrog and keep our brands on the edge of influencer competitiveness What we are looking for Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree is required.
