Cloud Systems Administrators will work in a dynamic and operational environment supporting cloud-based repositories, applications, data flows, services and more. A successful candidate for this position has experience interfacing with hardware, software, security, and network teams as well as experience with Bash, Python, and configuration management tools such as Puppet. These cloud environments are used by thousands of Intelligence Community users which requires that the candidate have experience monitoring systems and resolving or escalating network and data flow alerts for cloud systems hardware, software or network problems. What You'll Be Doing: Monitor system health Troubleshoot system issues Maintain storage systems Interface with external teams for hardware, network, and infrastructure support Ensure system security requirements are satisfied Participate in engineering discussions Create/maintain system scripts Patch/upgrade system Administer user accounts Maintain hardware inventory What Required Skills You'll Bring: TS/SCI w/ Polygraph IAT Certification (e.g. CDP Administrator - Private Cloud Base, Elastic Certified Engineer, Elastic Certified Observability Engineer, Linux Foundation Certified System Administrator (LFCS), Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA), AWS Certified SysOps Administrator --- Associate, AWS DevOps Engineer Professional What Desired Skills You'll Bring: Bachelor's Degree w/ 5 years of experience Master's Degree w/ 3 years of experience Minimum Clearance Required to Start: Top Secret SCI w/Polygraph This position is part of our Federal Solutions team.
