What We're Looking For: Experienced Professionals: Bring your Residential HVAC & Refrigeration knowledge and expertise to our team. Clean Driving Record: A valid State Driver's License and a clean driving record are essential. Physical Strength: Able to lift up to 50-100lbs as needed. Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills are a must to interact effectively with customers and team members. Professionalism: A professional appearance and a positive personality are crucial. Punctuality: Must be on time all the time to maintain our high standards of service. Your Role: Installation Expertise: Install refrigeration, heating, and air conditioning systems with precision and care. Efficiency: Ensure the efficient use of materials and maintain an adequate stock of necessary equipment. Customer Interaction: Collect payment and/or payment information from customers for work performed. Vehicle Maintenance: Keep company vehicle and equipment properly serviced, clean, and in good working order and condition.
