We are looking for an experienced Field Service Engineer to join the US Operations Team. As Field service engineer you will be working on-site, for deployments, routine maintenance, conducting site visits, monitoring schedules, designing customer site layouts, evaluating environmental impact, mitigating risk and ensuring compliance. running field operations, analyzing data, overseeing equipment maintenance, job planning, troubleshooting, and supporting overall project objectives. Your technical expertise will assist our organization in increasing client satisfaction, improving efficiency, managing risk, and diagnosing problems. A day in the life and how you'l make an impact: New System Installation. Scheduling tasks at each job site. Troubleshooting issues. Performing emergency services. Writing detailed technical reports. Training others to use equipment. Ensuring proper adherence to safety requirements in facilities. Designing Sites Layouts (CAD). Performing maintenance work on schedule. Requirements Minimum 4 years of experience as a Field Engineer / Field Technician or similar position, installation and deployment of a multidisciplinary product (Hardware & Software). Experience with hands-on type of work (civil works, network and electrical wiring, mechanical assemblies). Ability to write installation and maintenance procedures. Basic knowledge with Linux based systems. Basic networking knowledge. Must be willing to travel up to 70% of the time. Ability to work in a fast-changing environment. Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Required previous experience working with Autocad / Autodesk software (Both generate and reading drawings) Must have a valid drivers license. Must reside in the greater North east area. Ideally, we're looking for: Experience working in startup companies. Certified electrician diploma. Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
