Position Overview Pantheon Data has an exciting opportunity for a Human Systems Integration (HSI) Analyst in supporting a major surface acquisition program for the U.S. Coast Guard (USCG). The selected candidate will work as part of a dynamic cross-functional team to support the design and development of Coast Guard ships and ensure human factors engineering (HFE) and human systems integration (HSI) requirements are met. Duties may involve reviewing contractor deliverables, performing human engineering analyses, as well as providing support to test and verification activities. Required Skills and Experience Conduct studies of ship systems and spaces to factor in human interaction; Incorporate recommendations into ship specifications and design. Experience / Certification Requirement 5 years Human Factors/HSI; DoD ACAT I or DHS Level I shipbuilding programs preferred. Education BS or MS in a Technical, Engineering, or Marine field Clearance Requirements U.S. Citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance. Work Location Hybrid - two (2) days a week at USCG HQ (DHS St. Elizabeth's Campus in D.C.). Compensation The salary range for this position is $50,000 - $100,000. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
