Koniag Professional Services, LLC, a Koniag Government Services company , is seeking a Senior Analysis III/CFIUS with Top Secret clearance to support KPS and our government customer in Arlington, VA. Essential Functions, Responsibilities & Duties may include, but are not limited to: Ensure appropriate stakeholders receive pertinent case information and coordinate with affected parties to complete a thorough review within the appropriate mandate. Ensure affected stakeholders provide requisite information regarding Army equities, including risks in the areas of cybersecurity, critical technologies, supply assurance, military applications and co-location and/or proximity with Army installations and maneuver areas. Evaluate input received from stakeholders, examine and investigate national security concerns/issues. Draft and adjudicate the Risk Based Analysis (RBA) for Army cases of concern. Verify responses against the case filing to ensure correct information is provided in a component's input. Provide response to requests for information from OSD and other DoD agencies. Mediate with the Army stakeholders to arrive at a consensus if responses conflict. Monitor and coordinate past transactions with SMEs to determine impacts on specific capabilities or programs. Review and approve new proposals/options consequential to mitigation used to mediate past Cases. Participate in reviews of policy and/or regulations. Participate in DoD and Army Working Groups. Coordinate meetings with stakeholders. Use various analytical tools to conduct risk analysis across companies. Track, record and update detailed metrics for all cases in order to maintain trend analysis for the Army annual CFIUS report. Requirements: United States Citizenship required Bachelor's degree in related field Minimum 5-10 years of relevant experience Excellent analytical skills with proven experience managing multiple cases, projects or files Experience tracking edits, additions, evidence, regulatory findings and assessments from multiple stakeholders and presenting identified risk to senior officials Must have thorough understanding of how the U.S. industrial base (IB) and Department of Defense (DoD) are interdependent, including outside the Defense IB with a firm understanding of international economics Excellent oral and written technical writing skills with the ability to brief senior officials as required Top Secret clearance required. Good to Have - But Not Required: This helps differentiate between two or more good candidates. Experience in intelligence or analytics Prior experience working in and/or managing any CFIUS functions Working Environment & Conditions This job operates in a professional office environment and has a noise level of mostly low to moderate. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. This position is primarily indoors, consistent with a standard office position and has a noise level of mostly low to moderate. The incumbent is required to stand, walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear. The workload may require the incumbent to sit for extended periods of time. The incumbent must be able to read, do simple math calculations and withstand moderate amounts of stress. The incumbent must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 lbs. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
