Responsibilities: Oversee and manage daily operations of infrastructure, server storage, databases, and storage backup systems. Design and implement infrastructure solutions to support business needs and objectives. Ensure high availability, performance, and security of storage systems, databases, and backup solutions. Develop and enforce policies for efficient and secure data storage, management, and backup. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate and optimize infrastructure services. Monitor system performance, conduct capacity planning, and provide proactive maintenance. Lead and mentor a team of IT professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Manage vendor relationships and negotiate service contracts for hardware, software, and services. Qualifications: Proven experience as an Infrastructure Operations Manager or in a similar role. Extensive knowledge of infrastructure management, server storage, database systems, and storage backup solutions. Strong understanding of networking, virtualization, and cloud services. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to resolve complex technical issues. Exceptional leadership and team management abilities. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a hybrid environment, balancing remote and on-site responsibilities. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with major storage solutions (e.g., NetApp, EMC, Dell). Familiarity with database management systems (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle). Knowledge of backup software and disaster recovery planning. Certification in relevant technologies (e.g., Microsoft, VMware, Cisco).
