Title: Clinical Pharmacist Specialist (Temporary) Job Type: Temporary, Benefited Company: Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center Department: Pharmacy Time Type: Full time Weekly Hours: 40 FTE: 1 Shift: First Shift (United States of America) Summary: Assumes responsibility for medication management for a core group of patients. This is a full time, temporary-benefited position which includes a comprehensive benefits package. The base salary is $134,208 - $162,796 and the geographical differential is $6,007 annually. Qualifications: Required Education and Experience License Requirement License to practice as a Registered Pharmacist in the State of New York Education and Experience 1. Doctor of Pharmacy degree; or 2. Master's degree and the equivalent of one (1) year of full-time clinical pharmacy or pharmacy-related experience; or 3. Bachelor's degree and the equivalent of three (3) years of full-time clinical pharmacy or pharmacy-related experience. NOTE: 1. Incumbents must be credentialed as a member of the organization Medical Staff (Allied Health Professional) within four months of date of hire as a condition of continued employment. 2. Required degrees must have been granted by an accredited school, college or university or one recognized by Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center as following acceptable educational practices.
