Job Responsibilities: • Supervise and coordinate team members during shifts. • Ensure food quality and service standards are met. • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally. • Train and mentor team members to enhance performance. • Assist in managing inventory levels and placing orders as needed. Job Qualifications: • Experience in the food service industry. • Restaurant management experience preferred. • Flexible availability to work nights and weekends. • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. Compensation $12 - $16 hourly Responsibilities: • Designate various tasks to departments and individual staff, ensuring they are completed promptly and successfully so food and beverages are delivered quickly • Arrange for the coverage of responsibilities for staff who can't work their shift • Educate the staff on safety guidelines, customer service best practices, and standards for restaurant cleanliness • Maintain and ensure that each site is well stocked, order supplies, and arrange the product delivery • Schedule shifts, train and oversee restaurant employees to boost productivity levels and compliance Bring your leadership skills to the forefront and thrive in a dynamic setting where teamwork and passion for quality pizzas drive our success.
