Company Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis We, the Project Management Office (PMO) in the Economic Research Division of the Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis, are looking for you, an excellent Project Manager/Scrum Master. A little about you: As Project Manager/Scrum Master in our Project Management Office, you will report to the PMO Manager in Research and work with data engineers, product owners, program managers, subject matter experts, and senior leadership. You will coordinate a variety of projects that support the design and function of FRED, act as Scrum Master for our FRED Data Agile team, deliver on project goals, budget, and communicate with project sponsors, management, and senior leaders. Responsibilities Work directly with product owners, business stakeholders, architects, and data engineers to facilitate the timely updating/building of applications. Use Agile approaches to steer the team toward collaboratively delivering high-quality software that meets business goals within projected timeframes. Lead Agile (scrum) ceremonies and processes such as sprint planning and task definition, sprint execution, impediment removal and tracking, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including roadmaps, change management plans, risk logs, and project dashboards. Use project management tools to monitor requirements, budget performance, and plans. Manage and mitigate potential risks to ensure project success. Develop comprehensive reports to track schedule performance, and agile metrics, such as velocity, burn-down, and cycle time, to ensure alignment and efficiency. Collaborate with PMO team members to develop best practices with a mindset of continuous improvement. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or commensurate experience. 3+ years' relevant experience in as a Project Manager and/or Scrum Master on technical/software projects Experience with Agile methodologies. Proficiency with Jira and MS Project preferred. Ability to quickly develop an advanced understanding of current business processes and products. Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines. Ability to collaborate with and establish organizational relationships with a diverse group of people in all levels of the organization Self-starter that can gather information quickly and apply it to projects.
