Modality: Remote Schedule: 5 hours per week M-F Reports to: Director, People Immersion Duration: 3 Months (October through December) What We Look for in the Ideal Candidate At least 1 year proven experience in developing or implementing mentorship programs. Strong understanding of mentorship principles and best practices. Excellent project management and organizational skills. Ability to create engaging training materials and conduct effective training sessions. Capable, and adapts as needed, ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Experience working with non-profit organizations is a plus. WHAT YOU'LL DO: Program Design Develop a structured mentorship framework, including objectives, timelines, methodologies, expected outcomes tailored to the needs of our employees, and key performance indicators (KPIs) Resource Development Create training materials, handbooks, guidelines, and other resources necessary for mentors and mentees. Implement a process for recruiting, screening, and matching mentors with mentees based on skills, interests, and goals. Implementation Strategy Design an implementation plan that includes timelines, milestones, and evaluation metrics. Training Conduct training sessions for mentors and mentees to ensure they understand their roles, responsibilities, and the benefits of the program. Evaluation Develop evaluation tools to measure the program's effectiveness that inform recommendations for improvement. WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO US: Professional Qualifications Experience in designing and implementing mentorship or training programs. Experience in adult learning principles and instructional design.
