Short Description Lead or Co-lead Lean Six Sigma and other process improvement methodology from project request to transition back to sponsors and process owners, delivering quality, service, and safety improvements and cost savings for the departments involved and for the health system. Work to complete assigned projects within agreed upon timeframes, identifying and escalating any risks, mitigation plans and constraints. Work closely with champions, sponsors, stakeholders, informatics and IT staff to create tactics, approach and timelines for projects, focusing on clinical/business process improvements. Assist in the training of tools throughout the organization to build a continuous improvement culture. Participates with black belts and program/project managers on larger and system-wide projects in support of Cooper's strategic initiatives.
