JOB REQUIREMENTS: Talgo Inc. is looking for an Administrative role for the Planning and Controls Department in Milwaukee, WI. The mission of this role is to: Release and manage manufacturing work orders, in accordance with the commitments reached according to the requirements of management, to ensure the completion of work on time. Create material requirements based on the planning or day-to-day needs of the project. Provide the necessary documentation available to the workshop to carry out the planned work, ensuring the control of changes to this documentation and keeping the latest revision in the shop. Carry out the necessary actions for the fulfillment of the Modification Implementation Process by managing modification work orders and monitoring their implementation. Manage the complete cycle of the work orders for which you are responsible, from their generation on time to their closure once the work associated with them has been completed. Manage, improve, and create KPIs (Key Performance Indicators). Execute the work according to the defined processes, identifying and proposing possible improvements. Execute and propose action plans that guarantee the satisfaction of the needs and expectations of the stakeholders of the rolling stock projects. Collaborate in the identification and management of risks and opportunities related to the scopes indicated for the Supply Chain Management for each project. Perform other functions and activities that contribute to responding to any need that may arise in the organization of the center/area. What You Will Bring: High School diploma or G.E.D required; Associates or Bachelor/'s degree preferred. Intermediate-advanced level of technical skills with standard software applications such as Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word. 2 to 3 years of office administration experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience working with SAP or similar ERP. Bilingual in Spanish is a plus. This position requires someone with an outstanding attitude, who is flexible, energetic, hardworking, well-organized, accurate, reliable, independent, and self-motivated.
