Description: Immediate need for Project Managers to coordinate day-to-day management of projects, client interactions, and technical staff development for Civil and Environmental Engineering projects. Responsibilities: Act as liaison between our client and their project representatives, staff, and stakeholders. Perform business development work like writing proposals, lead cultivation, or proposing services to existing and potential clients. Work in close collaboration with other PM's and staff. Assign Engineering staff work based on their strengths and individual goals. Actively work with ongoing projects. Relevant past experience: Previous experience with site design and overall Civil/ Environmental engineering design. Previous experience performing Hydraulic calculations with an eye on stormwater requirements. Previous experience with Water Wastewater Treatment Previous experience performing site investigations and preparing thorough reports. Qualifications: MUST have at least (5)+ years of related professional experience in Civil/ Environmental Engineering. Professional Engineer license desired, NOT required, or in the process of obtaining one. Strong computer skills (AutoCAD, MS Office, Google workspace). Excellent communication skills. Thorough understanding of relevant Federal, State, and local regulations. OSHA 40-hour HAZWOPPER and 10-hour construction safety training. Must be willing and able to work outside in all weather conditions and travel to jobsites. Education: Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering and/or Environmental Engineering OR related field of study coupled with relevant industry experience.
