The ideal candidate will be a seasoned professional with a strong background in General Civil Litigation matters including: Insurance Defense, Commercial Litigation, Civil Litigation, Real Estate, Employment Law, Family Law, and other related matters. Qualifications: 1. Juris Doctorate (JD) degree from an accredited law school. 2. A current license to practice law. 3. A minimum of 7+ years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record in General Civil Litigation - employment and labor law, product liability, personal injury, wrongful death, and employment litigation. 4. Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to develop strategies and arguments in preparation for presentation of cases. 5. Outstanding negotiation skills to resolve disputes and direct legal action. 6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to maintain professionalism at all times. 7. Strong research skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to meet tight deadlines. 8. High ethical standards and professional integrity. 9.
