Tosca Automation Lead

HCLTech is looking for a highly talented and self- motivated Tosca Automation Lead to join it in advancing the technological world through innovation and creativity. Job Title: Tosca Automation Lead Job ID: Position Type: Full-time Location: Rahway, NJ (onsite) Role/Responsibilities: Test Strategy and Planning - The candidate will be responsible for leading the testing efforts, developing TOSCA automated test scripts, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality software products. Team Leadership. Test Execution and Reporting - Define the process and steps involved in development of Tosca testcases right from creating the test scenarios, recording the testcases, implementation and finally executing it against various test environments. Collaboration with Development Teams. Defect Management. Leadership experience in guiding and mentoring QA teams. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Required Skills: The ideal candidate will have a solid background in software quality assurance, with expertise in TOSCA automation testing. Proven experience as a QA Lead with a focus on TOSCA automation. Strong understanding of software testing principles, methodologies, and best practices. Hands-on experience with TOSCA automation tools and frameworks. Understanding of Key features of tosca and effective usage. Strong proficiency in Tosca scripting languages such as JavaScript, TSL, Python. Expertise in Web, API, database testing using Tosca. Experience in integrating Jira with Tosca to automatically raise bugs in Jira after Tosca execution failure. Generating analyzed test reports and familiarity with customer reporting options and dashboards. Working experience in Jira/ confluence, HP ALM usage and GitHub. Automation frameworks, strategies to troubleshoot performance issues etc. Pay Range in Rahway, New Jersey Base Salary: $93,150 - $103,500 In addition, this position qualifies for benefits like health insurance, paid time off (PTO), 401(K).
