NetSuite Administrator

As a NetSuite Administrator, you will work directly with clients to understand their business needs and design. You'll provide support for cloud-based business management applications and consulting for NetSuite. This is a remote role with a growing organization with less than 10% travel to Indianapolis, IN. What you'll do Assist with NetSuite customizations, configurations, integrations, and migrations Work on NetSuite projects including new implementations, enhancements, and client support Identify, implement creative business NetSuite solutions and suggest process improvements Create Workflows, Dashboards, Reports, and KPIs Requirements gathering sessions to map business processes and solutions Lead client projects, including timelines, quality assurance, functional and design specs Educate end users on NetSuite best practices and features What's in it for you Interface with clients and provide solutions that meet businesses' demands Training and working with junior-level NetSuite consultants The company values work-life balance and encourages technical learning You readily accept challenges and are adept at both tactical and strategic thinking You thrive in a collaborative, creative environment where you have high-growth potential Experience Needed: Typically, 5+ years of NetSuite implementation, analysis, and consulting experience NetSuite administrator certification preferred Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, or related field Solid business acumen and experience with full application of NetSuite software Strong MS Excel, analytical, problem-solving, verbal, and written communication skills Data migrations, integrations, reporting, and customizations to NetSuite applications What you bring: Passion for delivering solutions to clients while being open to new challenges Strategic thinking, problem-solving, ability to assess functional and technical gaps Ability to thrive in a collaborative, creative environment while understanding client's needs Excellent communication skills, a subject matter expert for customers and colleagues Takes ownership and responsibility for one's own work and professional career development Company Mission: Provides the world's best business management system and related services.
