Job Description: JOB SUMMARY: RN - Circulating cases, may learn to scrub, recovery, patient pre and post op. Provides nursing care to patients as part of an overall team. Bases practice on identified principles and standards of care. Schedule: Monday - Thursday 7:00am - 4:30pm + on Call Our department boasts a supportive and collaborative work environment with a light to medium workload that alternates between scheduled cases. Our team works both independently and as part of a close-knit group, and we are looking for a candidate who can thrive in this dynamic. We specialize in endoscopies, general/ laparoscopic and orthopedic surgeries providing our surgical technologists with exciting opportunities to utilize their skills. In addition, our patient care is highly personalized, ensuring that each patient receives exceptional care and compassion. Our surgical technologists enjoy a light call schedule with a 45-minute call back time, and call is only one day a week and every third weekend. We offer self-scheduling for call, allowing our team members to maintain a healthy work-life balance REQUIREMENTS: Prior surgical experience is required.
