Reports To: The Commercial Plumbing Foreman will report to the Plumbing Supervisor of the respective Division of Chesapeake Plumbing & Heating, Inc. Job Overview: The Commercial Plumbing Foreman will work apart of the new construction division to construct and install commercial plumbing systems. Benefits & Compensation Competitive salary packages and bonuses Competitive health, vision, dental, life, and disability benefits 100% of health premiums paid by Chesapeake Companies for employees Tuition reimbursement on approved programs Monthly contribution to pay for employee gym membership 401(k) and education retirement planning Responsibilities and Duties: Install pipes and fixtures per regulation Rough-in Install support pipes, equipment, and fixtures prior to installation Assembles fittings and valves for installation Modify length of pipes, fixtures, and other plumbing materials as needed for projects Use hand tools safely as necessary Test plumbing systems for leaks and other problems The right individual will be an experienced Commercial Plumbing Foreman with the ability to exercise good judgement in a variety of situations. They will be able to maintain a realistic balance among multiple priorities, with proven ability to work independently. They should excel in a very fast paced environment, able to thrive under pressure, and demonstrate the highest level of professionalism. Requirements Minimum 2-4 years of commercial plumbing experience (required) Journeyman or Master Plumber (required) WSSC experience (preferred) New construction plumbing Able to work in a variety of extreme weather condition Must have tools and reliable transportation Valid driver's license Able to problem-solve and have strong decision skills Resourceful team-player, with ability to also perform independently. Salary Description $28.00 - $35.00
