Executive Assistants (2 Positions) - New York What You'll Do: As an Executive Assistant in our New York office, you will provide high-level administrative support to our team, with a focus on personal injury (PI) cases. Your key responsibilities will include: Administrative Support: Manage daily administrative tasks, including scheduling, email correspondence, and document preparation. Assist with the preparation and organization of case files, ensuring all documents are accurate and up-to-date. Case Management: Provide support on some personal injury cases, including document retrieval, case file management, and coordination with attorneys. Prepare and finalize documents related to PI cases in accordance with firm standards and procedures. Organization and Coordination: Maintain organized records and filing systems. Coordinate meetings, conference calls, and appointments for attorneys and other staff members. Communication: Serve as a point of contact for clients, answering inquiries and providing information as needed. Handle incoming and outgoing communications, ensuring timely responses and follow-ups. What You'll Bring: Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience as an administrative assistant, with at least 3 years in a legal setting, preferably in personal injury. Proven ability to manage administrative tasks and support case management activities. Skills: Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel) and document management software. Attributes: Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to take initiative. Salary: The expected salary for these positions is up to $100,000 . Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law.
