Responsibilities: All aspects of month end close; Preparation of Balance Sheet and Income Statements; Reconcile Balance Sheet accounts; Manage cash balances and bank accounts; Monthly cash analysis worksheet; Prepare and post journal entries daily and month end; Prepare and post cash receipts daily; Analyze variances budget vs. expenses and prior year; Analyze variances budget vs. revenue and prior year; Review cash and check deposit weekly; Review outstanding purchase order file; Various quarterly reporting to state; General Accounting duties; Preparation of documents for agency audit; Prepare and Coordinate Annual Audit; Prepare Budget for New Programs; Other projects as assigned.
