Auto Body Detail Technician **Location:** Beasley, TX, United States, 77417 **Company:** Chart Industries **_Ensuring Charts Success_** **Open Interviews held Tuesday each week. Please arrive between 1pm-3pm. This is a manufacturing setting where customers visit. You must be dressed in long pants, closed toed shoes and have on a shirt with sleeves. If you do not meet these requirements, you will be turned away and asked to come back the following week in the required attire.** **_What Your Day-to-Day Activities Will Be_** + Performs general manual labor tasks, including loading, unloading, lifting, and moving materials + Assists in a variety of functions with manual labor tasks as needed + Responsible for cutting, grinding, sanding, smoothing and body work on fiberglass composite parts for the purpose of refining cosmetic appearance up to standards. + Work with pneumatic tools including cut off saw, angle grinder, orbital sander **REQUIREMENTS - MUST BE ABLE TO DO THE FOLLOWING:** + Knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field + Ability to rely on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job + Ability to work under general supervision + Job functions require exercising independent judgment on when to engage supervision on quality and production process standard questions **_Your Education Should Be_** High School Education or GED preferred **_Your Physical Work Environment Will Require_** **WORKING CONDITIONS:** + Must be able to work inside dust booth environment + Must be able to work in fiberglass conditions including long strand fibers and dust **REQUIRED PERSONAL PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT (PPE) WHILE IN THE SHOPS** + Safety Glasses + Steel Toe Shoes + Ear Plugs + Gloves + Protective Coveralls + Sports Belt (optional) + Respiratory protection **_Your Professional Experience Should Be_** **Minimum Experience:** None - Will train **_Chart is an equal opportunity employer..._** **_Need an ** Need an accommodation **with your job application or recruitment process** ?
