Full Job Description Greenfield Commercial Real Estate is seeking a dedicated and experienced Traveling Site Superintendent to oversee and manage Industrial Outdoor Storage projects across various locations. This position is responsible for supervising the entire project lifecycle, ensuring timely completion, safety, and quality standards are met. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Project Supervision : Oversee all on-site activities from start to finish, including supervising subcontractors, ensuring project timelines are met, and maintaining high-quality standards. Management Focus: Directly manage site operations, focusing more on leadership and coordination than hands-on work. Travel Requirements : Travel 100% of the time to project sites, working on-site and supervising multiple projects in different locations. Ability to return home every other weekend or as needed. Project Coordination : Ensure all materials and resources are delivered and utilized effectively to maintain workflow and progress. Safety Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and regulations on site, keeping the project site safe for all personnel. Problem-Solving: Quickly resolve issues and adjust project plans when necessary to avoid delays. Communication: Regularly update the project management team on site progress, challenges, and milestones. Adaptability: Work outdoors in various weather conditions, including hot and cold climates. Reporting : Complete and submit daily site reports, documenting the progress and any issues that may arise. The ideal candidate should possess: Experience: Proven experience as a Site Superintendent, preferably in outdoor or industrial storage projects. Travel-Ready: Ability to travel for extended periods, working on-site 100% of the time. RV lifestyle is a plus. Physical Ability: Comfortable working in outdoor environments, exposed to seasonal weather conditions. Management Skills: Strong leadership and team management abilities, with a focus on driving projects to completion efficiently. Driver's License : Must possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Background Check: Ability to pass a drug test and background check is required. Problem-Solver: Strong organizational and problem-solving skills to manage on-site challenges effectively.
