Essential Functions Supports agency operations by functioning as the liaison between programs and departments with the COO and Executive Team by completing complex tasks that monitor services, analyze data, track outcomes, and move tasks and projects to completion. Identifies solutions for various operational issues. Provides a high-level of professional support managing the COO's email and calendar, completing work and responding to various requests, following up on delegated assignments, organizing meetings, approving staff timesheets, and keeping COO up to date on operations. Processes financial activities including generating requests for payments and confirming accuracy of payment requests by others, reviewing scheduled ACH transfers, tracking completed payments across multiple areas and reconciling credit card expenses. Completes Corporate Compliance Program activities by supporting the COO/Corporate Compliance Officer and the agency's Corporate Compliance Committee by organizing and participating in Compliance meetings and completing high-level follow-up work. Creates reports for Board and Compliance meetings, and agendas and detailed minutes for various other meetings. Edits written material prepared by others. Performs other duties as assigned. Knowledge, Education & Experience Bachelor's degree required, degree in a related field such as business is preferred. At least three year of senior administrative level support. Expertise in MS Office. Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interpret and edit the work of others. Ability to interpret and extract information and perform arithmetic functions. This position requires good judgment, discretion, tact, flexibility with workload and schedule, organizational and planning skills, Attention to detail, and the ability to complete assignments unsupervised.
