Picerne Residential focuses on creating premium living experiences by providing exceptional customer service for all residents.About the Position: Sales & Marketing Administrative Assistant is an individual contributor that supports the Picerne Residential Executive team in planning, organizing, and prioritizing all aspects of the business. Reporting directly to the President, the Sales & Marketing Administrative Assistant serves as a company ambassador in this elite, fast-growing property group.Key Position Responsibilities:Provide support and coordination on projects, with the ability to quickly re-prioritize in order to meet deadlinesResponsible for distribution & compilation of various reports and financial data to the Executive teamManage vendor contracts and compliance documentsFacilitate document processing which may include check requests and contractsProcess invoices for office expendituresPrepare presentations, emails, memos and other written communications as neededAdminister, organize and maintain project files, both electronically and in hard copyAttend project meetings and prepare meeting minutes as assignedDeliver optimum customer service by handling and routing escalated customer phone calls and emailsAssist the Marketing team with social media content managementSupport Reputation Management strategy, including monitoring review sites, responding to reviews, and working with teams to improve engagement and reputation scoresAssist Customer Experience Manager in planning and execution of on-site resident eventsMonitor membership accounts with industry organizations and coordinate sponsorship eventsAudit web properties and make necessary content updatesAssist in the creation of digital and print promotional material for email marketing, social media, posters, flyers, etc.Assist in creating and executing email marketing campaignsPerform competitor research and report on general market trendsPrepare audit and present any necessary sales reports or dataCollaborate with other corporate administrative and management team to create a positive work environment, including executing monthlyquarterly recognition lunches and meetings, seasonal and holiday events.What You Bring:2+ years of experience in administrative support preferredBachelor's degree preferredAbility to work proactively and autonomously on a daily basisDetail-oriented, organized and capable of managing tasks on multiple, concurrent projectsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsWell-developed interpersonal skills with the ability to establish highly functional relationships with diverse personalities both within and outside the companyProficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPointExperience with Canva, Photoshop, InDesign or a similar graphic design software is a plus but not requiredHigh level of personal flexibility and willingness to pitch in where neededStrong customer service and time management skillsHigh degree of professionalism and discretion dealing with confidential informationIs a problem solver, takes initiative, and demonstrates a sense of urgency to complete priority tasksWhat We Offer: Happy, healthy employees enhance our ability to assist our residents.
