Company: The Brewer CompanyJob title: HR ManagerLocation: Menomonee Falls, WIPosition Summary:In partnership with the HR Generalist, the HR Manager is responsible for overseeing all human resources operations and ensuring they are aligned to our business goals, for two entities. This role requires a strategic and hands-on approach.Essential Responsibilities: (other duties as assigned)Direct and manage these major areas:Talent Acquisition - recruit, interview, onboardEmployee Relations - conflict resolution, foster a positive work cultureEngagement - manage surveys, communications, coordinate eventsactivitiesCompensation - process payroll, participate in and complete compensation market surveys, manage annual increase reviewsBenefits - participate in strategy planning of offerings, manage open enrollment, administer benefit electionsPerformance Management - coaching, improvement plans, disciplineCompany Policies - creation, adherence, and documentationCompliance - ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations including but not limited to: FMLA, FLSA, EEO, ACA, EPA, PDA, and more.Safety - ensure compliance with OSHA, manage Workers' Compensation claims, active member of the company Safety CommitteeTraining & Organizational DevelopmentHR Metrics & ReportingRespond to state and federal agency requestsManage HRISPayroll System: RipplingProvide leadership and mentorship to HR GeneralistDemonstrate Brewer Core Values - Learning, Integrity, Innovation, CollaborationAn individual in this position must be able to successfully perform the essential duties and responsibilities listed above. Rippling experience a plus.Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment.Experience in a manufacturing environment preferredProfessional HR Certification desiredPhysical Mental Demands: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools or controls; reach with hands and arms; climb stairs; talk or hear.
