Maintenance Specialist

Olympus Energy LLC ("Olympus") is seeking a motivated team member for the position of Maintenance Specialist for immediate hire in their Pittsburgh area operations. This position will work with the Operations and Engineering teams and will be responsible for operating and maintaining Hyperion Midstream facilities, compressors and pipelines.Core responsibilities:·       Responds to and diagnoses reasons for engine, compressor and control system failures·       Diagnose and repair mechanical issues and perform routine service maintenance on compressors·       Collaborate with other service technicians to ensure timely and efficient service·       Performs scoping and executionoversight of proactive and reactive work orders·       Keep detailed records of work performed and maintain a clean and organized workspace·       Supervise personnel andor Business Partners executing work ·       Assist operations with compressor station call outs·       Perform daily checks and perform maintenance on midstream and pipeline facilities, including line patrols, leak detection, and maintenance of dehydration and separator units·       Conduct and supervise pigging operations on the gathering system·       Maintain DOT requirements through maintenance software·       Utilize SCADA systems daily·       Valve Maintenance and Greasing·       Replace trims and seats in various chokes and valves·       Work closely with transmission operators on maintenance at interconnectsRequirements:5+ years of experience in pipelines and compressor facilitiesStrong verbal and written communication skillsAbility to develop and maintain relationships with various disciplinesWork at elevated levels, with manlifts, ladders, and small towersWork in extreme temperatures, with loud noises and in enclosed spacesAbility to function both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, multi-task environment.Preferences:·       Caterpillar high speed engines and Arial compressor experience·       Software experience with Outlook, Excel, Teams, SCADAOlympus is committed to creating an inclusive and diverse environment and is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
