Information Technology Business Analyst

We are seeking an IT Business Analyst to serve as a bridge between our client's IT Group and business units for the development and implementation of new systems and enhancement of existing systems. The suitable candidate should be capable of evaluating new applications and identifying systems requirements. They should also be able to assess IT developments and evolving business requirements - recommending appropriate systems alternatives and enhancements to current systems. NOC2C. Local only.Responsibilities:Serve as a liaison between the IT development group and the business units.Support the development and implementation of new systems and enhance existing systems.Evaluate new applications and identify system requirements.Monitor new IT developments and evolving business requirements.Recommend appropriate system alternatives and enhancements to current systems.Craft communications and execute presentations on system enhancements and alternatives.Conduct data and configuration audits, analysis, and cleanup of data in the production eTime system at ADP.Prepare for the impending implementation of a new HR, payroll, and timekeeping system.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.Broad knowledge and experience in system development and implementation, and system requirements identification.Expertise in evaluating new IT developments and business requirements.Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.Proficiency in preparing comprehensive communications for various stakeholders.Familiarity with ADP's eTime system and Workday.Ability to conduct data and configuration audits, analyze, and clean up data.
