Job Title: Senior HVAC Service TechnicianLocation: Savannah, GAJob SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Senior HVAC Service Technician with a proven commercial mechanical construction track record to join our Savannah, GA team. This role requires expertise in diagnosing, servicing, and repairing large commercial HVAC systems, including chillers, boilers, and packaged units. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills to manage a field team, have a hands-on approach, and maintain a local presence with a stable work history.Key ResponsibilitiesDiagnose, repair, and perform maintenance on commercial HVAC systems, including but not limited to chillers, boilers, and large package units.Lead, mentor, and manage a team of technicians in the field, ensuring high-quality service and operational efficiency.Conduct startup and commissioning of new HVAC systems, ensuring optimal performance and adherence to safety and operational standards.Utilize EPA Universal certification to ensure compliance with industry standards for refrigerant handling and system maintenance.Maintain accurate service records, follow industry safety protocols, and communicate effectively with clients and team members.QualificationsMinimum of 10+ years of experience in commercial HVAC service, startup, commissioning, and repair.Strong leadership qualities with the ability to manage, motivate, and develop a field team.Local presence and a stable work history are essential for building long-term client relationships.EPA Universal certification is required.Clean driving record with the ability to travel locally to client sites.Hands-on experience with large HVAC equipment, including package units, chillers, and boilers.Strong understanding of industry standards and best practices in commercial HVAC service and repair.Equal Employment OpportunityAll qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or veteran status.
