Our client, a boutique law firm with a presence across California and expanding rapidly, seeks an enthusiastic, skilled, personable, and detail-oriented transactional attorney to contribute to the growth of their firm. This is a full-time position with competitive comp package and bonus structure. This role is also fully on-site 5 days a week (ideally) or hybrid in either Sacramento or Auburn office locations.Responsibilities:Consult with potential and existing clients to gather necessary details for formulating planning proposals.Regularly meet with established clients to review and update their estate plan based on changing circumstances.Accurately estimate and convey the necessary fees to the clients.Efficiently manage client engagement process while preparing estate planning plete and induce client's signature on the engagement agreement, either in-person or through electronic mediums.Process payments for services rendered.Fill out Client Intake Forms, conduct Client Review Conferences, and complete Design Sheets.Utilize Lawcus and Asana task management systems to ensure punctual completion of tasks, efficient correspondence management, and prompt responses within matters.Review drafted estate plans to ascertain they align with client's needs and our professional recommendations.Conduct client review sessions, explain and answer their queries or concerns.Identify opportunities to refer clients to affiliated financial advisors and process necessary Disclosure and Consent Forms.Respond to clients' electronic and telephonic communication in a timely manner.Document detailed notes of all client communications and maintain them within the client file.Participate in regular department meetings to discuss complex client matters and other relevant topics.Undertake any other relevant projects or tasks as assigned.Required Skills:Minimum of 3 years of experience in estate planning.Experience with Advanced Planning is a plus!Ability to work in office is required and important to meet our client's needs.EducationTraining:Licensed attorney by the California State pensation:Salary range $120,000 - $160,000 depending on years of experienceEligible for performance bonus and origination bonusMatching 401(k)Health, vision, and dental benefitsAccrued 2 weeks paid vacation per year and increases after each year of serviceMalpractice Insurance, marketing allowance and supportProfessional Duties and Continuing Education Allowance
