KP Staffing is seeking a motivated and experienced On-site Recruiting Manager to lead our Memphis On-site team. This pivotal role offers an excellent opportunity to drive growth and lead the development in an emerging location with significant long-term potential. Lead by example to inspire performance and dedication among team members.Operational Excellence: Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency and quality in all processes. Manage budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation to maximize office productivity and pliance and Best Practices: Ensure all office activities comply with legal and corporate standards. Implement best practices in human resources and operational management.Requirements:Experience: Must have previous staffing experience.Technical Skills: Proficiency in computer usage, including Microsoft Office, CRM, ATS, strong typing and writing skills.Personal Skills: Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, ability to build relationships, strong multitasking, and organizational capabilities.Team Orientation: Desire to work collaboratively in a dynamic and motivated team environment aimed at company growth and success.
