Client of Addison Group's in the financial services industry seeks Director of Total Rewards for location in Winston-Salem, NC. Candidates must live within commutable distance as this role will require three days in office. Responsibilities include-Oversee HR functions comprised of compensation, benefits and payrollDevelop and lead comprehensive total rewards strategy, including base pay, variable pay plans (bonuses, commissions, etc.), incentive pay, benefits, work-life programs, and recognition initiativesManage current annual merit process, ensuring fair and equitable compensation adjustmentsDesign, implement, and manage all aspects of compensation and benefits programs, ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirementsRequirements include-Must be willing to work onsite three days a week in Winston-Salem, NC locationBachelor's degree5+ years of experience in total rewards management3+supervisory experience in Human ResourcesTotal RewardsStrong understanding of compensation and benefits principles, including salary structures, variable pay plans, bonus programs, health insurance plans, retirement plans, and work-life programs.HRTotal Rewards Certifications (CCP, CEBS, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, SPHR, CPP) preferred
