The successful candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced environment and the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting our team and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.Responsibilities:Supporting the Supply Chain Team and Product Team with detail-oriented data entryResponding to customer inquiriesAssisting with product inspection and quality controlOrganizing computer folders, files, and documentsProviding general administrative support to the office and team membersAssisting with team eventsRequired Qualifications:Bachelor's degreeExcellent organizational and time management skillsStrong attention to detailStrong communication skills, both written and verbalAbility to multitask and prioritize tasks effectivelyAbility to work independently and as part of a teamPreferred Qualifications:1+ years of experience in an administrative or data entry roleExperience working in an eCommerce company is a plusRelated: data entry, office assistant, clerical, clerk
