This is a 4 to 5 month contract assignment as a Human Resources Business Partner responsible for providing HR support to US based corporate functions teams at mid-sized manufacturing organization. This is a highly visible, hands-on role that will provide the opportunity to collaborate and act as a trusted, strategic partner to our corporate leadership teams.ResponsibilitiesProvide HR solutions support, process knowledge advice and consultation to functional leaders and their teams.Coach management team on leadership and HR issues including application of HR policies and processes.Partner with leadership, HR and other key stakeholders as appropriate to shape culture and drive employee engagementImplement large scale initiatives (roll out annual programs, new programspolicies, etc.)Collaborate with Center of Excellence partners to execute and implement HR initiatives.Translate business plans into critical HR actions, programs and initiatives.Utilize data to solve complex business issues and provide recommendations to municate complex information in an understandable, organized, concise manner.Conduct employee relations investigations and bring to resolution.ExperienceBachelor's degree in related field8+ years in Human ResourcesExperience working in a multi-location, global, matrix'd organizationStrong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interface with all levels of the organizationProven analytical capabilitiesAbility to maintain a high degree of confidentiality, work independently, multi-task and follow up on projects and issuesProven project and time management skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneouslySelf-motivated and bias for actionAbility to quickly adapt to changing business needsBeacon Hill is an Equal Opportunity Employer that values the strength diversity brings to the workplace.
