Role DescriptionOur ideal candidates work independently and manage their own schedule, as an independent contractor. Seasoned residential andor commercial real estate agents are preferred. Our office is located in the west end of Henrico, VA, central to the entire RVA metro area. Our agents are responsible for facilitating the sale and purchase of commercial and residential properties, advising clients on market conditions, pricing, and mortgages, and negotiating offers. QualificationsActive real estate license in the state of VirginiaDemonstrated experience in real estate sales Excellent communication and negotiation skillsStrong understanding of the local real estate market and trendsAbility to work independently and have a strong drive for resultsBachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, or related field is a plusKnowledge of real estate laws and regulationsDetail-oriented with strong organizational skillsExperience using real estate CRM software is a plusKnowledge of energy-efficiency is a plus"
