Maintenance Manager

Position: Maintenance ManagerLocation: Winston Salem, NCPay: $90k to $115kyearExperience: 7 to 8 years of experience as a manager or supervisory, ideally in the beverage or food industriesExperience moving conveyors, aluminum and bottling are idealEducation: High School Diploma or GEDType: Full-time; Direct HireSchedule: Monday - Friday, 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. (must be able to flex their hours + work weekend hours if needed)Pepsi Bottling Ventures is seeking a Maintenance Manager to join a growing and dynamic team! The purpose of this role is to oversee and control all aspects of production and building maintenance.Job Description:Schedule regular preventive maintenanceManage vendors and outside contractorsAddress machinery downtime concernsOversee parts ordering and stock room inventoryResponsible for Food Safety, Food Defense and all OSHA safety measuresHire, train and manage all techniciansCommunicate with suppliers and obtain external quotes regularlyWork alongside with line leads to improve daily efficienciesCommunicates with the Plant Engineering Manager for plant operations and needsPosition Requirements:Must understand Blow Mold proceduresMust have a strong Mechanical and Electrical backgroundWorking knowledge of basic production machinery, welding and basic electrical skillsUnderstand the PO ordering system and must be able to process credit card purchases and statementsMust have a strong safety perspectiveMust be a good coach and mentor with strong integrityWe are proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity and Affirmative Action employer.
