In 2023, an equity investment from Crestview Partners signaled a new era for the agency, beginning a global expansion plan.The Gersh Agency is hiring a new and exciting position that will support our Comedy Touring Department in LA. We are looking for a highly motivated, and detail-oriented Comedy Floater to work closely with agents and assistants in the Touring Department. Primary responsibilities include assisting with the administration of contracts, tracking authorizations and correspondence, tracking payments and deadlines, and analyzingmitigating discrepancies. The ideal candidate has an interest in learning the comedy touring business, and is able to juggle constantly changing priorities, provide administrative support in a high-pressure environment, and work well within a team. This role will be floating, and requires strong math and analytical skills.
