BioPharm Patent Associate, Senior Attorney or Of CounselOur client is a top firm, seeking a patent associate, of counsel or senior attorney for its BioPharm Practice Group in Boston, MA, Washington, DC, Reston, VA, Palo Alto, CA, or Atlanta, GA. The firm will consider remote candidates who reside in one of the above locations. QualificationsAt least 4-5+ years of experience in patent prosecution, due diligence, counseling, handing of large global portfolios, and conducting freedom-to-operate searches. Experience in managing and training technical specialists and junior attorneys. Background in molecularcellular biology, gene therapy, or antibodies is required; advanced degree in a related field is preferred.USPTO admission or eligibility to become admitted.State bar admission in jurisdiction of practice.Excellent writing, verbal, and interpersonal skills.All candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S.
