Our goal is to create a unique culinary experience that connects people, whether it is in the world of restaurants or the world of cateringTHE OPPORTUNIThe Food Safety Manager at Yarzin Sella, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing our food safety standards. Working closely with the global food safety manager, operations team, and on-sites team. your primary focus will be on quality systems and providing essential support to maintain safe and quality product.WHAT YOU'LL DO Primary Responsibilities:Enforce Compliance: Actively manage and enforce Health, General Safety, and Food Safety compliance. Ensure the implementation and adherence to company policies, safety laws, and regulations.Training Programs: Implement training programs for new and existing employees.Develop training SOPs and leverage technology for scalability and program tracking.Develop and administer policies and practices. Initiate and implement projectsConduct presentations and formal training programsImprove team communication and engagementExamination of food safety processes on sites: Oversight and Evaluation of Culinary Procedures with a Focus on Ensuring Food Safety.Daily management of potential risks within kitchens.Support Managers and Chefs in Identifying Possible Solutions to Ensure Food SafetyWHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEEDQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Food Science or related major is preferredAt least two years of experience in Food Safety, food technology, or project management within the food industry.
