The Strategic Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) will play a crucial role in driving organizational growth and addressing HR challenges. This role is responsible for providing data-driven insights and solutions to enhance HR services, improve employee retention, and foster a strong organizational culture that aligns with business objectives. Position responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Strategic HR ManagementCollaborate with senior leadership to align HR strategies with organizational goals and business objectives.Design and implement HR policies, processes, and initiatives to meet compliance and strategic needs.Drive change management initiatives to support organizational transformations and ensure smooth transitions.Analyze organizational trends using data from HRIS or talent management systems.Employee Relations and RetentionDevelop and execute strategies to enhance employee retention, focusing on job clarity, value propositions, and growth opportunities.Provide leadership and guidance to the HR team, ensuring high-quality support and services.Enhance communication, coordination, and compliance across all HR pensation and BenefitsManage compensation analysis and program design to ensure equity, competitiveness, and fairness.Oversee HR programs related to compensation, benefits, leave management, and performance management.Administer or oversee programs related to productivity, recognition, and employee morale.Talent AcquisitionDevelop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract and hire top talent.Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and selection processes.Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create accurate job descriptions.Utilize various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks, to source candidates.Develop and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.Talent Management and Succession PlanningIdentify staffing needs and implement best practices for hiring and talent management.Lead succession planning efforts and develop internal talent for future leadership roles.Facilitate professional development and training for HR pliance and ReportingEnsure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and update policies as needed.Stay informed about HR trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies, and communicate relevant updates to management.Develop and manage the departmental anizational CultureIntegrate cultural initiatives into hiring, performance evaluations, and recognition programs.Foster a positive and cohesive organizational culture that supports business objectives and enhances employee engagement.Required Skills and AbilitiesExceptional verbal and written communication skills.Strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities.Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.Effective time management and ability to meet deadlines.Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.Proven leadership and supervisory skills.Ability to adapt to organizational and employee needs.Capability to prioritize and delegate tasks prehensive knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.Ability to quickly learn and effectively use the organization's HRIS and talent management systems.Education and ExperienceBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required; Master's degree preferred.At least five years of experience in human resource management required; previous experience in a law firm or similar environment is preferred.SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification is preferred.Huff Powell & Bailey is an equal opportunity employer.
