Title: Talent Acquisition SpecialistLocation: Boston, MA 02210 (Onsite 3 days a week)Pay: $34.00hr Duration: 12+ Months with possible extensionExperience Required:-someone who worked or supported recruiting previously-onboarding experience-experience with large volumes of new employees-tech savvy- Microsoft applications-HRIS experience Workday (preferred)-Minimum 5 years' experience-experience with I-9s-notaryResponsibilities:Candidates will be working with multiple Hiring ManagersCandidate may get in touch with Wilmington, DE Gaithersburg, MD employees as wellCandidates will be opening the Zoom call which includes new employees across all over USA for OrientationsShould perform 100 people orientationsNot involved in content creating, as there will be another team for this.Should have Interpersonal skillsCandidate will be in touch with ever Talent Acquisition Specialists team, which is based in MexicoCandidate should be Tech savvyCandidate should be confident to work Independently.Candidate should have empathy working with Hiring Managers, as they may be new to the level.Will not perform any benefits responsibilities
