The associate attorney will be responsible for significant roles in ongoing litigation matters (discovery and trial opportunities) and lead roles in some matters. This position also promises direct involvement in significant transactional matters. This role involves skills including providing legal advice, conducting research, legal writing, motion drafting, court appearances, and direct responsibility for matters including, business law, corporate law, trademark, copyright, trade secret, internet law and privacy.
